  We have formed strategic partnerships with best-in-class data providers. This allows us to provide users with fresh and highly accurate data
• Proprietary Machine Learning Models
  We use ML models to cross-reference data sources, infer and prioritize data points.

Certifications & Security Standards

RightBound is committed to safeguarding data and ensuring the highest security standards. We are certified and attested under leading security frameworks, including:

• ISO 27001.
• SOC 2 Type II (Security & Availability principles).

All data is securely stored on servers hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the United States. AWS maintains a comprehensive GDPR compliance program available here.

Data Privacy & Compliance

While RightBound is not established in the EU, does not proactively target EU markets, and does not monitor EU data subjects, we voluntarily apply GDPR-aligned practices, including:

• Data Subject Rights
  We honor requests related to GDPR rights, such as the Right of Access, Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten), and Right to Rectification. You may submit your request here.
• Privacy by Design & Default
  We collect and retain only the minimum personal data necessary to deliver our services. Data is periodically reviewed for accuracy and outdated records are removed to ensure ongoing data hygiene.
• EU Representative
  We have appointed VeraSafe as our representative in the EU for data protection inquiries.
• Data Processing Agreements
  We are ready to execute a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) upon request.
